With over 11 years of experience in Health, Nutrition and Diabetic Education, Harshita is a passionate nutritionist, diabetic educator and a metabolic balance coach with a background in both therapeutic nutrition and food science. Being a life member of Indian Dietetic Association and Indian Diabetic Association, she keeps updating the new diet and concepts about Nutrition. With a host of health and wellness programs, Harshita brings with her years of practical experience as a Nutritionist working in some of the leading hospitals and clinics, offering very unique and comprehensive approach to health.
