The program illustrates a number of stories, videos, scenarios and self-reflections to internalize the learnings and legal provisions that have been highlighted to address the issues and make the workplace safe and conductive to work at.

Her articles on social issues have been published in numerous magazines and journals. Besides academics, she has seasoned media skills and also has been an active speaker on gender and socio-political issues on All India Radio.

Dr Sanjay Shrivastava is an acclaimed author and researcher on Gender and Globalization issues. He is a Professor of Sociology in the Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi and a Ph.D in Social Anthropology from the University of Sydney, Australia. He has actively worked with UNDP, Governmental organizations, NGOs and internationally sponsored projects on Gender issues. He is also a visiting professor of King’s College, London; University of Goettingen, Germany and Institute for Developing Economies, Tokyo. He has a number of books and articles on the subject.
Prevention of Sexual Harassment(POSH) is a burning issue in the contemporary scenario. Movements like ‘Me Too’ have brought into the forefront the lack of awareness and ignorance in the society towards sexual harassment. This module brings forward issues and challenges in this critical area and provide legal guidelines to effectively address them.
Ms. Shriya Maini is an award winning lawyer practicing at the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court at New Delhi. She specializes in dispute resolution (both civil, criminal and matrimonial). A gold medalist from Gujarat National Law University, Post Graduated in Laws from the University of Oxford, U.K. She is also a visiting Professor for International Criminal Law at National Law University, Delhi and Lloyd Law College, Noida and currently serves as an external member on the Internal Complaints Committee at Lloyd Law College, Noida.

He is associated as an advisor with various policy making bodies in India including the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the National Human Rights Commission.
